OUR FARM
Our farm is located on a property with more than 300 years of history. A typical Menorcan “lloc” with a lot of charm surrounded by nature. We take care of our countryside so that our animals can have good nutrition while they graze freely and, in this way, we promote the sustainability of the Menorcan countryside.
We produce cheese with designation of origin D.O.P. Mahón Menorca, and traditional Menorcan cold meats such as Menorcan sobrasada and carn i xua. Made with 100% natural ingredients, artisanally on our farm.
Xec and Marga are in charge of taking care of the livestock. Furthermore, they are the ones who handcraft the D.O.P cheeses. Mahón, with freshly milked milk, a process that is repeated every morning on the same farm. They also make traditional sausages naturally. All this complying with all the required health measures.
